In the very beginning of the lunar year 2015, the Phase II potassium chloride project of Dehkanabad Potash Plant (the project), Uzbekistan, designed by Bluestar Lehigh Engineering Institute Co., Ltd. (Lehigh Institute) passed once and for all the full load test. All indices for mineral dressing reached the performance guarantee values, proving the debugging to be a complete success.
The Phase II potassium chloride project of Dehkanabad Potash Plant, Uzbekistan, is one of the international engineering projects undertaken by Lehigh Institute. Leigh Institute had undertaken the Phase I project of the plant and its performance was applauded by the plant side, so the Institute was commissioned to undertake the design and debugging of its Phase II project. Those responsible for on-site construction and debugging are the Phase II project team which consisted of Lehigh Institute Mineral Selection Institute, Yanyu Company and Liangyungang Engineering Center.
Under the coordination and support of the leaders at various levels, all staff for the project overcame difficulties caused by their being geographically far away from home, the long-duration of the project, and staff shortage and inadequate supporting facilities, and devoted themselves to the project with all passion and drive. In the debugging process, the work team actively communicated with the project proprietors, carefully went through all the details, discussed them, ensured the preparations for, on-goings of and details about the project were properly handled. Throughout this process, they put a premium on the safety and work quality in crucial procedures, specified and earnestly implemented the deign as well as the construction plan, so as to ensure the fulfillment of the project. The process manifested the strengths of the Lehigh Institute team in combining scientific research and design.
The success of the project was highly recognized by Uzbekistan and CITIC Construction Co. Ltd.. This is the first overseas debugging project ever undertaken by Lehigh Institute, marking the Institute has reached a new high in providing whole-process solutions. On top of all, it boosts the international image of the Bluestar Brand.
