On July 1, 2015, ChemChina Chairman Ren Jianxin met with a CoBank delegation led by Everett M.Dobrinski, Chairman of the bank, at the headquarters of the company. During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on ChemChina’s “going global” strategy and its future development in chemurgy in particular. Mr. Dobrinski strongly supported Mr. Ren’s proposal to build mature business models and efficient incentive & restraint mechanisms, and hoped his bank can give various cooperation with ChemChina in more fields.
CoBank is a US-based bank where American agricultural cooperatives get most of their operating funds. The bank was created in 1989 and merged with the US AgBank on January 1, 2012.
