AutoPacific: Pirelli Ranks the World''s First in Terms of Customer Satisfaction

AutoPacific released its ranking of customer satisfaction for tire brands on March 13, according to www.chinatiredealer.com, and Pirelli ranked the first.

AutoPacific, founded in 1986, is a famous auto industry analysis and research company in the United States and specializes in auto market research, product development and product and market planning, etc. The company not only is engaged in research on the auto industry but also provides research analysis for global auto makers, suppliers and distributors. The ranking is based on the research of customer satisfaction about the property, performance, traction, fuel efficiency and price of 17 different kinds of tires, and rate every property by weighting the hierarchy of importance. According to AutoPacific President and the researcher of the project George Peterson, Pirelli customers highly value the improved performance of turn and traction and also care much for brand reputation and services.
