On April 25, the CNCE e-bidding platform was officially launched, an IT-enabled, intelligent upgrade of the CNCE Bid Center business.
The platform allows whole-process bidding control, facilitates and regulates bidding behaviors. It adopts interactive techniques for online bidding, bid review and clarification, greatly reducing the time and travel cost and improving work efficiency for both the inviter and the bidder. It also makes bid review more convenient and efficient, regulating and streamlining the whole bidding process.
The platform is developed and operated by Huaxia Hanhua Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., a direct affiliate of CNCE. As measured by the goals set in the “Internet plus” Bid Invitation and Purchase Action Plan 2017-2019 for e-bidding systems released by the National Development and Reform Commission, the platform has met the requirements set for 2017 and has started to develop a IT-enabled and intelligent bidding system, a goal set for 2019. It will further improve CNCE’s bidding invitation and service capacity.
