The fabrics with organosilicone coating jointly designed by Bluestar Silicones International (BSI), an overseas subsidiary of Bluestar, and 2G2L (designers and MesseFrankfurt’s artistic directors), will make its debut at Techtextil 2017 (International Trade Fair for Technical Textiles and Nonwovens 2017). The Techtextil will take place during May 9-12, 2017. The biennial exhibition is one of the exhibitions of industrial textiles and nonwovens with largest scale and highest level in the world. It will showcase the latest technologies, application achievements and future development tendency of the current technical textiles and nonwovens,.
BSI has been committed to expanding the applications of organic silicon and developing innovative products. Through previous partnership with Techtera (textile and flexible materials cluster in the Auvergne-Rh?ne-Alpes region) and the cooperation with 2G2L, BSI has promoted functional fabrics in the field of fashion design and made new breakthroughs in application of the fabrics.
In addition, BSI’s Bluesil TCS series new products will also be exhibited. The products may help textile and coating materials to achieve better processing effects, and the composite textile materials made through such solutions feature good performance of heat resistance, fire prevention, UV resistance, abrasion resistance, water resistance, skid resistance and ageing resistance, high tensile strength and tear strength, health, safety and comfort.
