At the end of April, REC Solar, an overseas subsidiary of Bluestar, announced that its new-generation 72-cell TwinPeak series solar panel has been put into commercial production.
The product has been highly recognized by the industry and customers for its high efficiency and stability since its launch in 2015, and received the prestigious award of the Intersolar Europe 2015, a leading solar technology product and trade fair in the category “Photovoltaics”. Later on, REC Solar introduced its second-generation 60-cell TwinPeak series and TwinPeak BLK series. The latest product also uses the key technologies of TwinPeak products, including hemi-sect solar cell, PERC (passivated emitter reverse cell) technology, as well as the innovative separate junction box, effectively ensuring product performance and quality.
Like all REC solar panels, the 72-cell TwinPeak series can totally eliminate potential induced degradation (PID), thereby avoiding power loss in the harshest conditions and environment with high temperature and humidity. The product has passed the Environmental Test Standard for Territorial Solar Cell Module (IEC 61215, IEC61730) and UL Standard for Safety for Flat-plate Photovoltaic Modules and Panels (UL 1703).
In addition, the standard output power of the new-generation 72-cell TwinPeak series solar cells is up to 350 watts, making the output power of the cell panel to rise to a new height. Weighing only 22kg, it is more convenient to install, can further reduce the installation costs and increase customers’ economic benefits.
