The short film Perceiving China and Understanding ChemChina recommended by ChemChina is based on a cultural integration activity for Chinese and foreign enterprises organized by the Planning Department of ChemChina. In October 2018, ChemChina’s cultural integration activity invited representatives of employees of overseas enterprises to stay in China for one week to visit integration projects of Chinese and foreign enterprises under ChemChina and to experience the development achievements of China’s reform and opening-up over the past four decades. The seven members of the delegation came from seven companies in seven countries, such as Adisseo in France, Elkem in Norway, REC Company in Singapore, Qenos in Australia, Syngenta in Switzerland, ADAMA in Israel and Pirelli in Italy. During their stay in China, the delegation visited the methionine factory built in Nanjing by Adisseo, the first overseas enterprise acquired by ChemChina, the Sanonda plant protection base successfully integrated with Israel’s ADAMA in Jingzhou, Hubei Province, and Beijing R&D center, one of Syngenta’s seven global R&D centers. At the same time, they also experienced China’s “new business cards” such as the Three Gorges Dam, high-speed railway, the Bird’s Nest, and Water Cube. The film is featured by exquisite conception, well-knit plot, ups and downs, and easy and interesting story style.
According to relevant reports, in addition to excellent image promotion films, the exhibition and broadcast activity will also include the appraisal and exhibition of employee log videos, photography and other categories. ChemChina’s enterprises will proactively participate in the activity and work for good results.
