On November 24, ChemChina Rubber Zhuzhou Research and Design Institute (Zhuzhou Rubber) won honorary title of excellent unit of Chinese corporate culture at the 2011 China Corporate Culture Management annual meeting. The award was evaluated by the corporate culture appraisal expert committee and approved by the corporate culture management specialty committee under the China Culture Management Society, in accordance with rigorous standards and deemed to be a national level prize.

During the 11th Five-year Plan period (2006-2010), it realized 20.7 percent annual growth in operating incomes and 80.6 percent annual growth in gross profits. The asset-liability ratio was reduced from 134 percent to 30 percent. It has stepped into the fast lane of development.
