During an awards ceremony hosted by Cangzhou Dahua, 12 employees won the 2011 Young Workers Skills Competition.
The Young Workers Skills Competition is a traditional ceremony for the company. Unlike previous years, Cangzhou Dahua has developed the 2011-2013 Youth Skills Revitalization Plan in 2011 which improved the training network for young employees and gradually standardized the competition program.
They initially established a comprehensive system for young workers’ learning, training, selection, improvement and rewards in the next 3 years. The “’plan’ stipulates that annual champions will gain promotions and higher wages.
In the stimulating environment of respecting knowledge, talent and creation, more than 1,000 young workers participated in trials at all levels, with 165 players entering the final round of 12 types of work. He Baoyin, champion of mechanics group, said his success was due to his efforts. Yet the company has built a stage of success for all workers. In the future he would like to give back to the enterprise with a hundredfold effort and boost his professional skills.
