The trade union of Fujian Sanming Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. recently organized an economic and technological innovation achievement review committee by the company to evaluate 27 innovation and energy conservation projects as reported by workshops. It cited honors to four groups and 29 individuals.
All 27-innovation projects originated from staff workers of technical departments and workshops. Engineers, grassroots operators, department managers and Party branch secretaries have developed the projects. The inventors keep a foothold in their posts and set their wits to work. They targeted lower production costs and expenses, save on energy consumption and elevate the resources utilization rate to blaze new trails. The 27 reported innovation projects created 2.033 million yuan in profits.
