The Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co Ltd launched its annual team leader training session, which is designed to improve business management capabilities.
The HR department has outlined detailed plans for 26 training items that include production safety management, welding robot machine programming, CNC gantry milling operations programming and outward-bound training. Professional teachers will conduct seminars.
