The Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province announced the first batch of comprehensive resources utilization pilot base. Hebei Shenghua Chlor-alkali and Fluorine chemical base became the only base in Zhangjiakou city, Hebei province, chosen as one of first-batch of comprehensive resources utilization bases.
There are five bases and 13 enterprises in Hebei province chosen as the pilot bases. The pilot bases would be listed as model bases for their powerful project construction, strong technology innovations and effective use of resources, during the pilot period of three years.
