On the afternoon of November 22, snowflakes and roaring wind was sweeping Shenyang. Ren Jianxin, General Manager of ChemChina, went directly to the Wax Factory of Shenyang Chemical right after he got off the plane at 15:30. He listened to a report by Wang Dazhuang, Deputy General Manager of Blurstar Corporation and General Manager of Shenyang Chemical. Mr. Ren highly appreciated the achievements of Shenyang Chemical during the eleventh Five-year Plan.
Later, in spite of a tiring journey and the wind and snow, Mr. Ren went to the production site, accompanied by Wang, learning about the operation of the 500,000-ton CPP equipment, and greeting the working employees. At about 19:00, Mr. Ren had a work conference with Chen Zhenggao, Governor of Liaoning Province, and Chen Haibo, Mayor of Shenyang City.
