In studying and implementing the spirit of Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Party, Cangzhou Dahua requires the party organizations at all levels to, on the basis of the actual conditions of the specific enterprise culture construction, the related department's work and party members' and cadres' ideology, carry out activities to study and publicize the spirit and to emphasize the cultivation of the nine cultures.
I. Cultivate the "Essence" culture; we should thoroughly summarize the experience from the enterprise culture construction and spare no efforts to implement the enterprise culture with the characteristics reflecting both enterprise and contemporary age. Also, the enterprise's core values of "Diligence, Specialty, Efficiency and Perseverance" should be integrated with the socialist core values, so as to continuously inspire the cadre members and employees to make contributions to the scientific development of the enterprise.
II. Cultivate the mainstream culture; we should develop and expand the main melody of rightfulness as well as advocate loving the motherland, enterprise and job, aiding the poor and helping the others. Also, we should fulfill the socialist concept of honor and disgrace self-consciously.
III. Cultivate the credibility culture; following the business philosophy of "Good Faith and Mutual Benefits", we should offer safe products to the society and top quality service to the customers, so as to establish the good enterprise image of Cangzhou Dahua.
IV. Cultivate the learning culture; following the learning concept of "Study for the Purpose of Application and Make Progress Jointly", we should set up the learning-based party organizations, so that the knowledge structure of both cadre members and employees could be improved through learning and the business skills thereof could be enhanced. Finally, the overall quality of the entire staff is improved.
V. Cultivate the safety culture; following the philosophy of "Safety is Crucial to the Growth of Enterprise", we should guide the cadre members and employees to set up the ideology of safety first and take precautions against a calamity, so as to firmly implement various safety measures to guarantee the enterprise's steady operation.
VI. Cultivate the thanksgiving culture; we should continuously organize the cadre members and employees to learn the Enterprise Culture Manual, VIS Culture Vision System and Employee Handbook, so as to guide the employees to enhance the sense of honor and disgrace. Thus, the employees could share honor and disgrace with the enterprise.
VII. Cultivate the executive culture; we should take the whole situation of the group into account. Based on the group's strategic objectives at different stages, we should continuously enhance the awareness of general situation, dedication and responsibility, so that the cadres at all levels could hang together to strive for the common goal.
VIII. Cultivate the frugality culture; we should struggle to encourage the Party's fine traditions and styles such as hard struggle and frugality, and to fully realize cost-saving and high efficiency. We should spend every cent on vital things and everyone should practice economy.
IX. Cultivate the probity culture; we should further enhance the responsibility system for construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean administration, so as to guide the cadres at all levels to realize the impartiality and probity. The good norms of conduct and way of life should be advocated to create the cultural atmosphere of probity, impartiality and honesty.
