With the theme of “continually improving quality and guaranteeing customer interests”, the Aeolus Tyre Quality Long March activity will be held across the whole country.
According to the spirit of “More active and excellent service” activity carried out by the Party committee of ChemChina, Aeolus Tyre decided to launch the quality long march activity in the “Quality Month” held nationwide by the country. This activity is a customer serving activity, which is carried out under the principle of “Serving people”. Its objectives are strengthening service, quality, brand and honesty awareness.
It is understood that the Aeolus Tyre quality long march activity will cover all domestic maintenance markets including Aeolus brand dealers, retailers, and end-user drivers.
In order to promote the activity, Aeolus Tyre will organize two joint quality service teams consisting of enterprise leaders and market, R&D, quality staff members, and two vehicles. They will travel around the whole country to provide service to each and every province; the two service teams will provide service until they cover the whole maintenance market of Aeolus Tyre.
Aeolus Tyre quality long march activity, as a special activity for serving customers, is a long term activity. The company expects that this activity will not only help promote service efficiency, improve service attitude and provide sale and service support for distributors, but also help collect information about the end market, promote the brand and improve the enterprise’s image.
