The fourth international new chemical material (Chengdu) forum was held in Chengdu on Aug 25 and 26. More than 300 representatives participated in the forum. Focusing on issues of energy, environment and talent in the developing economy and the cutting-edge issues in the new chemical material industry, scientists, experts and entrepreneurs gathered together to discuss the important role of new material in promoting new energy and improving the environment. They shared the latest technologies, forecast the prospect of new chemical material in important fields, searched new ways for new chemical materials to contribute to a low-carbon economy and upgrade itself.
