To commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the seventh anniversary of the founding of ChemChina, the company will hold a retrospective of its history at the Chemical Industry Museum. It will revolve around the theme of “love of chemicals, devotion to chemicals, honor of the chemical worker.”
The retrospective, led by Ren Jianxin, president of ChemChina, will be undertaken by the Museum and the Chemical Archives Institute. The company’s headquarters, specialty branches, subsidiaries and all staff members will attend the ceremony.
The exhibition will include various archives reflective of major events, as well as personal collections of landmark items and pictures that tell the story of the development of the chemical industry and the company.
The exhibition will start in May and end in November. The Museum will be divided into three sections: the company, its specialty subsidiaries and the personal collection. At present, goods are being collected for the show.
ChemChina will conduct appraisals through surveys and visits after the exhibition is over. Prizes for excellence, innovation and personal collections will be dealt out. All participants will receive a prize for their contribution.
