A new mechanical hydraulic vulcanizer, which combines the advantages of both mechanical and hydraulic vulcanizers, was recently rolled out by Guilin Rubber Machinery. The first batch of 25 have already passed the acceptance check of clients.
The main driver of traditional mechanical vulcanizers applies a crank-link mechanism, while other mechanical drives use hydraulic power. A large amount of water is consumed in the process and over time impurities in the industrial water severely affect the service life of the water vat, meaning that generally the seal ring would have to be replaced every four or five months. In today’s environment water shortages are a constant and pressing concern, and bringing down water consumption will be an essential part of future developments in industrial machinery. The new vulcanizer fills a void in the domestic industry, taking advantage of hydraulic and air pressure to greatly reduce water consumption.
The main feature of this equipment is that the main drive applies a crank-link mechanism, in tandem with other drivers, which use oil or air pressure. The crank-link mechanism reduces energy consumption and provides a fast and stable power source. Meanwhile, displacement sensor technology is applied to increase the stability of the tire loader when lifting, the steam pipeline system applies sliding plate-type control valves, raising the productivity of tire vulcanization and reducing the amount of steam produced. The tire remover directly employs a hydro-cylinder, which is convenient for maintenance.
