On Sept 16, ChemChina signed a framework agreement on strategic cooperation with Shanxi Provincial Government in Taiyuan city.
Niu Renliang, vice-governor of Shanxi province, and Yang Xingqiang, vice-president of ChemChina, signed the agreement.
In accordance with the agreement, both sides will join hands in the construction of a new materials industrial park at the Longquan Industrial Zone in Yanggao county of Shanxin province’s Datong city.
Shanxi is a key base for energy and heavy chemical industries, and it has prioritized the development of the new material industry as its major strategy of the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan. |
