Notice of an internal inspection program for the implementation of employee behavior guidelines

As per the requirements set by the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the ChemChina Finance Corporation is launching an internal inspection program to regulate its employees' behavior. Employees of other ChemChina subsidiaries are welcomed to supervise the work of employees from ChemChina Finance Corporation. Please report any behavior that has violated the terms outlined in Guidance on the Professional Conduct of Practitioners of Banking Financial Institutions.
