Officers of the Materials Engineering Invention Examination Department of State Intellectual Property Office carried out training and practical activities relating to patent knowledge in Bluestar Yima and Jinan Yuxing Chemical Co Ltd. during August 20-29. The Bluestar Science and Technology Office also seized the opportunity to offer training on the patent information.
Both enterprises highly valued the training. The training was attended by main leaders and key technical personnel of Bluestar Yima, leaders of the Sales Department and the Financial Department. More than 50 Jinan Yuxing employees attended the training. The examiners introduced basic knowledge of patents and pointed out shortcomings in patent application documents of Jinan Yuxing during the training. The personnel of the Science and Technology Office of Bluestar Group helped Bluestar Yima inquire about relevant patents on the site and provided brief analysis report of chromic salt.
Bluestar is the only entity having served as practicing base of patent examiners for three consecutive years. Taking advantage of such qualification, it has trained nearly 400 employees for its directly affiliated enterprises over the past three years. The Bluestar Science and Technology Office has been dedicated to building scientific and technological service platform for affiliated enterprises over many years. Besides performing extensive intellectual property services for enterprises, it also serves affiliated enterprises by utilizing its good relations with governments at all levels.
