The Deyang Haohua Qingping Linkuang Co started an ammonium-phosphate project, recently, which combines mining, fertilizer, and salts and has attracted quite a bit of attention, and it gets preferential treatment and policy support from the local government in financing, land use, and taxation.

Even though the company has operated under a limited single-product mode with an outdated business philosophy for a long time, lagging far behind others and seriously restricted in its development, it still hopes to use the mine and chemicals to extend the industrial chain and create a base. So, to extricate itself from its predicament, Haohua Lingkuang decided to create a diverse product line based on its rich mineral resources with the ammonium-phosphate project.

In fact, this was something that several generations of people had dreamt of. Now, the project is a key reconstruction effort, as a result of the Wenchuan earthquake, and is taking the lead with this mine-fertilizer-salt combination, and the diverse product structure. To ensure its success and the quality and safety of its products, some top-rate Chinese equipment has been brought in. And, to deal with the possible environmental pollution, the company did an initial evaluation and study of the project feasibility and got provincial government approval. It also used the Internet, newspapers, questionnaires, and other methods to keep the public informed about the progress on the project and give them a hand in supervising it.
It is also using up-to-date exhaust gas treatment, discharge and sewage treatment, and disposal equipment, a noise prevention apparatus, greening methods, and energy-saving, low-energy-consumption equipment to cut costs and greatly reduce the environmental impact. And, to improve the quality and innovative characteristics of its products, the company has set up a research center in connection with some prominent colleges and universities.

So far, 80 percent of the project has been completed and the various departments are adding the final touches, expecting the project to be completed soon.
