The Southwest Research & Design Institute of Chemical Industry (SWRDICI) published its Management System Compilation for 2012, on Dec 24, the third analysis of the company’s operations in eight years, to standardize operations, avoid operational risks, and optimize management functions. The new system has 122 items, 22 of them new, and 97 modified, governing 10 areas, including administration, personnel, accounting, research, production, and general operations.
The new system is intended to address any problems that pop up in the company’s management reform and business adjustment process, while improving the management of research, production, general business, procurement, and information. It helps implement operations management to ensure feasibility and efficiency. The new system also improves the inspections and assessments of corporate operations.
SWRDICI emphasizes the new system with stricter assessments as a way to build a more disciplined management mechanism. It has been relentless in improving its management system over the past few years. Previous studies were done in 2004 and 2009, based on the company’s experience and the effort paid off, so management is now more feasible, pertinent, scientific, standard, and efficient.
