Recently, Xuzhou Coal Mining’s 600,000-ton-per-year methanol cleaning project in Baoji city, undertaken by Bluestar Environmental Engineering, was successfully completed. It is the largest domestic storage tank spray cleaning project so far.
The project’s tank is 44 meters in diameter and 22 meters high, with a 6.04-meter high arc top. It is mainly made of Q345R and Q235B. Bluestar overcame difficulties in spray frame making and installation due to the large tank volume, successfully cleaning the two 30,000-cubic-meter storage tanks. The project showed Bluestar’s superiority in cleaning large storage tanks.
