Days ago, General Manager Ghulam Mustafa of ITTEHAD, a Pakistani chemical company, led a delegation to Bluestar (Beijing) Chemical Machinery. After business negotiations, the two companies signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation.
The two had a good history of cooperation. ITTEHAD used the devices supplied by Bluestar (Beijing) Chemical Machinery in the Phase I (25,000 tons/year) of the 50,000-ton caustic soda project and the project was running smoothly. In Phase II (25,000 tons/year), it turned down the offer of other companies and sought for cooperation with Bluestar again. The Pakistani delegation said that the project was their model project and would attract the visit of other chlor-alkali clients in Pakistan, India and other neighboring countries. Thus it could help Bluestar (Beijing) Chemical Machinery expand its influence in West Asia and Central East and enhance its brand popularity.
