Recently, the next-generation 52.5-inch mechanical dual-mode vulcanizing machine developed by Guilin Rubber Machinery passed the acceptance inspection of the customer and has been packed and delivered. This was the first time that the company produced machines in this specification. The machine follows the requirements of the customer, focuses on details and builds upon the advantages of all types of machines developed by the company in the past decades, representing the top level of the company. It has a simple and convenient structure without any welding joints. With a more reasonable layout, it is easier to install and debug. Mechanical grasping of the tire is steady and precisely repeatable, shortening the non-curing time by 20%. By adopting an electric adjustable die, the machine saves time and manpower. In particular, it takes only 20 seconds to open and close the moulds on the mainframe. Since the machine saves vulcanizing cost, it is appraised by the customer and has been delivered. This successful development laid a good foundation for the subsequent big orders.
