To celebrate the 38th Tree Planting Day on March 12, the labor union and Communist Youth League of Changyi Petrochemical organized volunteers to plant trees to contribute to environmental protection.
At the activity site, the CYL members were busy swinging spades to dig up holes and watering the samplings with buckets. They helped each other and were fully concentrated in what they were doing to fulfill the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises and make the city greener.
The tree planting activity is among the series of activities launched by the company in March to commemorate Comrade Lei Feng, intended to arouse every employee, from workshops to managerial positions, to voluntarily participate in the tree planting activity and protect the ecological environment.
