In 2016, Zhenghe Group applied for 13 patents. Now, it has 59 patents including one patent for invention, and the growth of its number of patents has effectively enhanced the level of scientific and technological innovation of the company.
The 13 patented technologies that the company applied for cover a wide range and have high practicability, involving safety, environmental protection, protection technology, energy saving and consumption reduction, etc. The adoption of such technologies is not only conducive to removing potential safety hazards and ensuring conformity to environmental protection requirements, but also laying a solid foundation for energy saving and consumption reduction of the company.
In recent years, the company has paid high attention to the important role of the work related to intellectual property in its innovative development, reinforced its organizational and leading work related to patent application, intensified the management of patent application and enhanced its core competitiveness by patent innovation.
Meanwhile, in order to spark employees’ enthusiasm for patent innovation, the company has specially worked out an incentive mechanism for patent innovation so as to give a material reward to employees according to the actual effect of their patent innovation in work. So far, the company has rewarded 13 patent innovations in 2016 according to the incentive mechanism, with a total amount of over RMB30,000.
